初見林美瑄,外表亮麗隨和說起話來卻是男性作風,果斷行事,並非科班出生,從國外回來主修財務,對化學沒有概念,秉持著「要做就要做到極致」的精神,不挑工作、拼命鐵三娘的特質讓老闆看到。30 歲不到接下台灣維固總經理一職,不顧眾人詫異眼光,她專注做好服務,打造親身試用、示範,造就了維固口碑生意的銷售模式。

時間來到了2020 年,突如其來的疫情,業績依然維持水準之上,全新 PPF 汽車防護膜是最新主推產品。隨著國人對綠色感知能力提升,環保議題是懸在傳統行業頭頂的一把利劍,於 V-KOOL 而言卻是充分發揮其優勢,裝貼 V-KOOL 隔熱紙的每輛車,每年能降低 3% 燃料開銷以減少 132 公斤 CO2 排放量,等於幫地球種 11 棵樹,綠能減碳從一片窗戶開始。林美瑄眼神帶著光透露,短期目標將推廣全省 30 家經銷商預約服務全體E化,提供車主複合式的奢華享受。

正向思維 翻轉人生

人生本來就沒有既定的劇本,林美瑄正是敢於挑戰傳統行業的限制,用她獨有的眼界與個性創新開拓,積累人脈順勢而為,才成就了她的事業。作為女強人,事業並沒有侵佔她的生活,擁有一對雙胞胎,小孩教育都不用她擔心。於林美瑄不設限的人生中,她期許能用自身力量改變行業生態,翻轉大眾對於傳產低廉印象,提高產業水準。

Overlook Assumptions, Focus on Providing The Best Service

The first time meeting Cindy, you will find that she is lovely and easy going, but speaks and acts with masculinity and determination. She returned from abroad with a major in finance and only had limited experience in chemistry. However, what she did have was the tenacity to “be the best of the best.” She was never picky about jobs and always put in her best effort to finish any given tasks. Soon, Cindy’s hard work was spotted by her boss and, before turning 30, she became the general manager of V-KOOL in Taiwan. Regardless of the public’s shock, she focused on providing the best service for her customers and setting herself as an example to establish the company’s reputation and future sales model. 

Sustainability and Green Energy, V-KOOL’s Responsibilities 

Fast forward to year 2020, when the COVID pandemic hit the world unexpectedly, V-KOOL was still able to maintain its satisfactory performance and introduced a brand new version of its signature Paint Protection Film (PPF). With the public’s increased awareness on environmental issues, sustainability became a potential threat to traditional industries. However, this phenomenon only worked to V-KOOL’s advantage. Automobiles installed with V-KOOL’s window film were able to reduce their fuel expense by 3% and CO2 emission by 132 kilograms. This reduction equated to planting an extra eleven trees for our planet Earth, making it possible to achieve energy saving with the purchase of one window film. Eyes beaming with energy, Cindy announced that her short-term goal for V-KOOL is to upgrade all thirty distributors in Taiwan to use a fully online reservation service in order to provide customers with a more in-depth and luxurious experience. 

Think Positively to Turn The Tides

There are no written scripts for how to live life and Cindy’s courage to challenge the norms of traditional businesses is the best example. Her ability to explore new grounds with her unique insight and personality and to accumulate connections along the way, are exactly the keys to her success. Despite being an alpha female, she didn’t let her job take over her personal life. As a mother of twins, she never had problems with educating her two kids. Cindy aspires to use her own power to change the work environment and to break the static impression of conventional industries by raising the standards of her own business because in her life, there are no limits or boundaries.
