希望之鑽Harry Winston

Blue is the signature color of Harry Winston. Not only is it the color of the historically famous “Hope Diamond,” it also appears in the scene in Titanic when Kate Winslet’s character, Rose, charms Leonardo DiCaprio’s character, Jack, while wearing the beautiful necklace and eventually dropping the priceless jewelry into the ocean to honor her lover. The popularity of the film obviously asked for reproductions of Rose’s sapphire necklace, although it is almost impossible to find one in the same size. One of the most brilliant replicas is perhaps Asprey’s oval-shaped blue sapphire diamond of 178 carats that was recrafted into a heart-shaped diamond and set as the centerpiece of the necklace. This amazing recreation was donated to a Sotheby’s charity auction in Beverly Hills that benefited the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and Southern California’s Aid for AIDS. The piece was sold to an anonymous buyer for $1.4 million, under the agreement that Celine Dion would wear it to the 1998 Academy Awards ceremony. That night, wearing the Heart of the Ocean, the singer won Best Original Song with her iconic track, My Heart Will Go On.
