隱味饗宴 新春米其林(二):ROBIN’S GRILL | New Year Michelin Tour

《漢書‧酈食其傳》所言「王者以民為天,而民以食為天。」流傳千年的古代傳統,隨同時代更迭,其寓意也隨之遞變。自起初的溫飽治國,轉化為人們對雅緻生活的追求,不僅體現於日常起居,舌尖上所嘗的鮮美、小嘴裡所嚥的甘甜,皆是常日裡的別樣意趣。臨近農曆新年,編輯於此精選數家藏於酒店內的米其林餐廳,包羅鮮香川菜、豐美粵餚與精緻台食,於紙上來場驚艷不俗的珍饈巡禮。

簡雅如家

位於晶華酒店二樓的 ROBIN’S GRILL,採一貫的簡雅質感打造宛如在「家」的舒適自在,最為人所稱道的「沙拉吧」和「甜點吧」採「展演平台」的概念呈現,並透過燈光營造舞台劇場感。其中包含四間包廂與兩間可依賓客需求調整的半開放式包廂,入口處的左方富有氣氛迷人的 Lounge 區以及酒吧,強化餐廳佳釀佐餐的服務,更凸顯出直火炭烤廚房的能見度。

炙烤實況

步入用餐大廳,食客可近距離欣賞主廚以直火炙烤牛排的實況,傳遞最真實直接的道地美味。當中以重60盎司、厚約5公分的美國極黑牛戰斧牛排、以及26盎司的美國極黑牛單人戰斧牛排和35盎司的美國頂級帶骨肋眼牛排最為人津津樂道。沙拉吧餐檯除現行配合的數家職人農場外,更加入了主廚尋鄉探訪後所發掘的在地好食材,而甜點吧為呼應女性客層的需求,特意將尺寸縮小為容易就口的比例,悄然體現誠心待客之道。

As the Lunar New Year arrives, let us embark on a Michelin journey, where we get to explore an array of different cuisines—Sichuan, Cantonese, Taiwanese and more—all rich with excellent and delicious flavors.

Elegant Like Home

Located on the second floor of Regent Taipei, ROBIN’S GRILL adopts the simple and elegant interior design to create a comfortable dining experience, one that feels just like home. Displayed like performance platforms, the salad and dessert bars are designed with theatrical lighting. The restaurant offers four private dining rooms and two semi-private rooms that can be adjusted according to the guests. To the left of the entrance lies the lounge area that not only places emphasis on wine pairing service, but also highlights the visibility of the charcoal grilled kitchen.

Live Grilling

Stepping into the restaurant, diners can watch the chef grilling up close and enjoy the most direct, authentic delicacies. Highlights from the menu include the 60 o.z. U.S. Wagyu Tomahawk, the 26 o.z. U.S. Wagyu Tomahawk and the 35 o.z. bone-in U.S. prime ribeye steak. In addition to working with craftsman farms, the salad bar at ROBIN’S GRILL also incorporates the finest local ingredients discovered by the chef. Meanwhile, in response to the needs of female customers, the dessert bar offers sweets that have been reduced in size, an adjustment that quietly reflects the restaurant’s sincere hospitality.
