親赴最前線 

自16歲赴美求學的黃大綱,從高中一路讀到研究所,離鄉十年後,毅然決定回到父親黃安中身邊協助經營事業。提起法蘭絲的接管契機,黃大綱表示在因緣巧合下,原先主導的阿姨因病住院休養,父親進而詢問有無執掌興趣,擁有嚴謹性格的他,經細部審視後,認為法蘭絲的未來擁有極大潛力。甫進入公司,高階主管的蒸空現象無疑給了黃大綱一個震撼彈,當時他便向父親請教經營心法,「我父親只給我一句話:『自己跳下去做。』」於是先從賣場部門業務著手,爾後輪替行銷部門,當自己站在第一線,也讓黃大綱逐漸明瞭工作崗位對應不同人才的適合度,以及各部門所面臨的囹圄困境,歷經披荊斬棘,手把手建立起法蘭絲嶄新團隊。

兄弟利斷金

提起父親對自身的影響,黃大綱說從小到大很要求重承諾,「答應人的事情一定要做到,誠信與正直很重要,所以我們在經營法蘭絲的過程中,也一直要把這個企業文化灌輸到同仁的腦袋裡,甚至於我們往來的很多通路客人或夥伴。」即使有時面臨吃虧,也讓他日漸體悟何謂吃虧就是佔便宜,反而獲得了對方的相互信任與長年往來。放眼經營路上,副董事長黃大倫也扮演了相當重要的角色,「我們兄弟倆的個性很互補,我是屬於比較一板一眼的人,弟弟則是比較靈活敏銳的人。」尤其在人際關係方面,兩人對於事物的切入點皆有所不同,不僅開闊了思辨事理的角度,也印證了「兄弟同心,其利斷金。」的雙贏局面。

鑑古方知今

「以保值的角度來看,無論經濟再怎麼變化,好的勃根地與波爾多是不太會虧錢的;如果你問我未來五年、十年哪種酒會增值,我覺得會是香檳。」問及酒類的收藏建議,黃大綱則給出了以上兩大方向。若談起自身偏好,他笑說自己蠻喜歡十五到三十年間的法國波爾多,近年也逐漸喜愛白葡萄酒,不論搭配台菜或日料皆相得益彰,更能為台灣的炎熱夏日捎來一股沁涼舒適。對於平日的休閒嗜好,黃大綱也進一步分享自己相當熱衷於歷史,尤其網路小說更令他十分著迷,歷史架構下,從中延伸出天馬行空的思想解放,著實讓他備感驚奇。曾以雍正形容自我,其心境也隨著年華更迭,黃大綱期許如今能向香港的李嘉誠學習,「他講到的一些觀念讓我覺得很受用,像是『不疾而速』,以及『無論你再怎麼精,凡事留一線。』真正最好的合作夥伴關係,是你懂得什麼錢不要賺,讓給別人賺。」如同海綿般吸收各方思維,以扎實腳步深耕台灣市場,且看黃大綱如何鑑古知今,引領法蘭絲成為來日不可或缺的生活風格指標。

Front Line

TK Huang, who went to the United States to study at the age of 16, all the way from high school to master degree. After a decade away from home, he resolutely decided to return to his father Rock Huang to help in his business. When it comes to the opportunity of overtaking ST.FINESSE INC., TK Huang said that by coincidence, the aunt who was in charge was sent to hospital due to illness, and his father asked him whether he was interested in taking over. With a rigorous personality, after thinking it through, he believed that ST.FINESSE INC. has great potential in the future. As soon as he entered the company, the resignation of senior executives undoubtedly gave TK Huang a shock. At that time, he asked his father for advice on business and management. “My father only gave me a sentence: ‘Get things done by yourself.'” So he started from the wholesale division then transferred to marketing division. When he was fighting on the front line, TK Huang gradually understood the suitability of the job position for different talents, as well as the difficulties faced by each department. After overcoming the hardship, he established a brand new team of ST.FINESSE INC..

Brotherly Profit

Mentioning the influence of his father on himself, TK Huang said that he has been valuing commitment very much since he was a child. “We must do what we promise. Integrity is very important, so in the process of running ST.FINESSE INC., we have always implanted this corporate culture into the minds of our colleagues, and even many of our customers or partners.” Even if he sometimes faces losses, he gradually realizes that suffering is taking advantage; instead, it helps to gain mutual trust and long-term contacts with the other party. Looking at the pavement of this business, the Vice Chairman Larry Huang also plays a very important role. “My brother and I have complementary personalities. I am a more rigid person, while my younger brother is a more flexible and sensitive person.” Especially in terms of relationships, they have different points of view, which not only broadens the perspective of thinking and reasoning, but also guarantees the win-win situation of the ancients said “If brothers are of the same mind,their sharpness can cut through metal.”

Past And Present

“From the perspective of value preservation, no matter how the economy changes, the price of good Burgundy and Bordeaux are unlikely to decrease; if you ask me which wine will value more in the next five or ten years, I think it will be champagne.” Asked about picking the alcohol to collect, TK Huang gave the above two directions. Talking about his own preferences, he recently likes Bordeaux which has been around for 15 to 30 years. In recent years, he has also gradually found his interest in white wine. Whether it is paired with Taiwanese or Japanese food, it complements one another. As for his hobbies, TK Huang further shared that he is quite keen on history, especially web novels, which fascinates and surprises him very much. As the time goes by, his mood has also changed with age, TK Huang now hopes to learn from Sir Ka-shing Li, “Some of the thinkings he mentioned are very useful to me. The real best partnership is when you know what you don’t want to earn, and let others earn it.” Like a sponge, it absorbs the thinking of all parties, and takes a firm step to deepen the market in Taiwan.
