The “Together” Reunion Feast brings together premium ingredients such as fish maw, sea cucumber, fresh crab, wagyu beef, abalone, and bamboo-fed chicken, complemented by seasonal vegetables. Signature dishes include refreshing Wenchang bamboo chicken, comforting chicken soup with handmade coral trout fish balls, and a creative pairing of smoked egg and wagyu.

The experience is further elevated by carefully selected tea and wine pairings, including Domaine de la Mordorée Les Sables 2024 and red oolong tea, enhancing the layers of aroma and flavor while maintaining balance between tradition and contemporary finesse.

To welcome the new year, Mountain & Sea House presents the “Auspicious Reunion Feast,” available from the first to the fifth day of the Lunar New Year. The menu opens with a generous platter featuring Shaoxing-marinated shrimp, braised abalone, sugarcane-smoked chicken, and mullet roe rolls.

Highlights include the visually striking Rose Shrimp, layered with mullet roe and salted duck egg yolk, and the Golden Double-Roasted Pork, prepared using a traditional Fujian technique. New creations such as Alishan Coffee-Smoked White Pomfret introduce innovative island flavors, while classics like Crab Seafood Sticky Rice and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall showcase the richness of Taiwan’s mountain-and-sea bounty. Desserts of almond tofu and red bean buns conclude the feast with gentle sweetness and auspicious meaning.

Signature dishes include the Eight-Treasure Chicken Soup, slow-simmered for eight hours with abalone, dried scallops, Jinhua ham, sea cucumber, and pork tripe, as well as Crab Sticky Rice, steamed with sesame oil, mushrooms, and dried shrimp. The newly introduced Five Blessings Platter brings together abalone, Wenchang chicken, Taiwanese sausage, jellyfish, and mullet roe, offering a comprehensive expression of festive abundance.
