自出道以來，拿下金曲、金鐘、金馬的盧廣仲，持續以最真的姿態展露那份熱愛音樂的赤子之心，秉持著「心中有愛，你就會人見人愛」的人生原則，逗趣應答中不失哲學探討，神來一筆的盧氏幽默填補了話語間隙中的寧靜。即使當天身體有些微恙，仍相當敬業地進行封面拍攝，摘下眼鏡的他，自然流露出幾分從容、幾分成熟，著實讓人望見了小隊長盧廣仲更多向度的可能性。

配件能量說

甫出道時，以一身招牌短褲走跳各大演出的盧廣仲，粗框眼鏡搭配一抹燦笑，滿溢的樂天形象深植人心，直至後期開始穿上長褲、襯衫等具大人感的單品，他說最大的分水嶺是當兵之後，隨著自身心境的轉變，也逐漸開闊了對世事的可接受度，「歌曲的詮釋上可以有不同的樣貌，公司也希望可以成熟一點。」於是從原先合身的 T-shirt 與短褲，進入較正式的舒適裝扮，不僅怪異剪裁樣樣來，上台時也開始嘗試女生的裙子與洋裝，「有時候很多表演都會唱同一首歌，可能造型稍微換一下，會有一些奇怪的化學效應。」近幾年較偏好 Oversized 的他，對於色系上的選擇，盧廣仲則悄悄透露不喜歡紅色，「小時候家裡比較鄉下，每一天放學都會去空地生火，喜歡看一團火被我創造出來的樣子，就覺得很開心。」喜歡生火，卻不喜歡紅色，看似幽默詼諧的童年片段，意外顯露了從小埋在骨頭裡的創作因子，也似是為熱愛創作的自己給予了合理解釋，「我是蠻感覺派的人。」他笑著說。

如果能將珠寶化作一首歌，盧廣仲細細思索了一番，「貓王有一首歌叫〈Blue Suede Shoes〉，那首歌很動感，當他穿上那雙鞋就可以隨時跳舞，他相信那雙藍色麂皮鞋是可以帶來某種動能。」因此對他而言，戴在身上的配件，不僅擁有著不同的功能，也像是在生活中獲得了某種額外的能量，「像手錶的能量是守時，不論約會或工作，是種提醒自己的力量。」

摘下舒適圈

耗費五年光陰，第六張個人專輯《勵志論》於去年年底正式發行，短短三十七分鐘的音軌裡，實則紀錄了盧廣仲好多的「第一次」：第一次當製作人、第一次演出幫派份子、第一次從一個樂句去發展成一首歌、第一次挑戰搖滾、巴薩諾瓦甚至是 Disco、R&B 等曲風，如此眾多的初次體驗，也讓他在今年第33屆金曲獎一舉入圍四大獎項。

對於一般人而言，跨出舒適圈，儼然已是一大挑戰，更遑論是喜歡躲在保護殼中，緊緊擁抱自己的巨蟹座，「我覺得我在當兵前一直都是這樣，決定要不要去接這個工作，也是當兵這一年想了很多，你說生命很長、說很短也很短，不應該把自己侷限在那個圈子裡。」退伍之後，便毅然接下電視劇《花甲男孩轉大人》的重責大任，以本色出演「鄭花甲」並到達「人我和一」，他說這一切皆是來自心態的轉變。 而最外顯的蛻變，莫過於盧廣仲臉上的「眼鏡」，「其實我以前是不太敢拿下眼鏡 ，可是後來就會覺得安全感不一定是透過外物給予，而是你可以自己創造出來。」也許是實踐了小時候無法達成的事，如今的盧廣仲，即使沒有眼鏡，亦能豪放如蘇東坡，「莫聽穿林打葉聲，何妨吟嘯且徐行。」

「Galańday」象徵著美好的一天，收錄於新歌〈肌肉的記憶〉中的自創詞，將一個人對於愛情的靈魂追憶，以人體的肌肉記憶巧妙比喻，逗趣寓意令人莞爾。提起自創詞的發想由來，盧廣仲說一開始唱 demo 時就發明了這個詞，後來反覆聽 demo，便直覺認為 Galańday 可以是一個很美好的一天，並想像它可能來自拉丁語系，「我覺得這也是創作好玩的地方，因為你很少有賦予一個事物意義的機會，但這是在創作時可以一直發生的，而且你會在過程中覺得自己是個很有想法的人，因為你可以賦予這音符跟歌詞意義，那也是我堅持創作這麼久的原因。」

盧式哲學家

「竹杖芒鞋輕勝馬，誰怕？一蓑煙雨任平生。」短短字句，足以道盡了蘇東坡任天而動、禍福不驚的修養境界，以及憂樂兩忘、超然物外的豁達胸襟。能有如此曠達情懷，得歷經多少次的驚濤駭浪與平靜如水？於是在這張《勵志論》中，盧廣仲建構了一個未完待續的故事，使聽者去具體投射與理解他所講述的勵志論，「我一直很喜歡蘇東坡，他的精神或是想法一直都能在我的歌詞裡很明顯或默默地出現。好幾次覺得低潮或是自己能力不足、自我懷疑的時候，看到蘇東坡人生際遇的故事，就會蠻療癒。」以健康的身心靈去面對生命的高低起伏，他認為這是道家值得學習的一大優點，而透過專輯分享在每個階段所學會或挑戰成功的事，甚至是挑戰失敗的，這便是身為音樂人幸福的一部分。「可以拿你的人生經驗跟這些音樂跟聽眾分享，可以一起在這個討論中成長，我也蠻喜歡這樣的過程。每次寫完長文後，粉絲也會回傳長文給我，我想這就是『教學相長』，每個聽眾都會是你的老師。」盧廣仲笑答。

對哲學思考相當感興趣的盧廣仲，當問及近期最讓他驚奇的核心價值，彷彿瞬間化作一名說書人，向我們娓娓道出他心中的有感而發，「最近發現比較酷的是佛家講的『只要心中有一個宏願，你就可以成為佛。』 像阿彌陀佛本來是阿彌陀，他發下四十八大宏願， 比如讓眾生進入天堂、每個人長相都和藹可親、每個人都可以拋開情緒的羈絆、大家每天都很快樂、每隻鳥的飛舞不是因為求生，而是牠聽到一些快樂的音樂等等，你看完就會覺得真的很酷。」反覆咀嚼下，也使他轉譯出人生新體悟，「你永遠可以成為你自己，在這之前，需要先去意識跟想出你想變的那個人，並把這些條件列出來，就會比較踏實。」對於現階段的中心思想，他透露仍較崇尚道家，如莊子所言「用心若鏡」，觀照世間萬物的得失與來去，保有身心靈健康並取得一種平衡，相同道理也似乎映照了年輕時的盧廣仲，每次上台時總會說「每天吃早餐是一件很 Rock 的事！」直至今日，這句充滿青春活力的話語，實則象徵著「身體康健」的巧妙寄寓。「如果人生是一場電影的話，你才可以當一個很 Chill 的觀眾，坐在電影裡，不管是自己演或是看別人的電影，就可以一直保有慵懶自得的狀態。」

論豆漿本質

曾以不同狀態的「豆漿」形容自己的人生階段，從冰豆漿、鹹豆漿進化為溫清漿，似乎也意味著盧廣仲對於生命的種種體悟。「那時候會有那個比喻是因為每個階段的追求不同，你的自我追求跟想要表現給世界的樣貌不一樣，才會說可能我們的本質都是豆漿，但豆漿可以有冰豆漿、加醋變鹹豆漿、清漿或豆花，所以更重要的是你知道自己的本質是什麼。」打趣舉例若發現自己原來是豆漿，但以前還在做奶茶的事，那就顯得比較遲鈍，也將此道理以「棒球投手」生動比喻，在丟出伸卡球、變化球、滑球之前，一大前提是對球（自己）有更深的了解，方能因應生活而做出不同的調整。更進一步分享曾在美加巡迴演唱會上，被粉絲提問何謂「寂寞」與「孤獨」的定義與差別，如今更通曉自我的盧廣仲，心中也產生了相對應的答案，「對我而言，寂寞的人害怕一個人去面對，他需要同伴；孤獨的人差別在於他是一個人，但他可以一個人去面對、去完成所有的事，我並不覺得孤獨是個不好的狀態。」他認為寂寞某種層面會失去能量，而孤獨則是會得到能量，更笑著推薦大家偶爾可以「孤獨」一下。

倘若多元宇宙真實存在，盧廣仲則希望廣仲們能擁有「尊重、包容、友善」的共通點，「我相信不同地方的我，會有自己想做的事情，就這個宇宙現在的狀態，我覺得是最好的安排，現在就是享受、保持健康，去看自己人生的劇情會怎麼發展，保持一個樂觀的態度。」一如今年入圍金曲獎四大獎項，他也給予了一個令人出乎意料的小故事來形詞本次的心情，「我從小住在廟旁邊，廟裡面是拜保生大帝，每年的習俗是大家會送很多烏龜，有些是米做的、糖做的、錢幣或黃金做的，當晚慶祝生日的同時，村民就會筊杯，聖杯最多的人就可以把最大隻的烏龜帶回家，隔年的第一名就要捐一隻更大的回去。」或許是從小具備的善循環觀念，讓盧廣仲認為金曲獎便如同保生大帝的誕辰盛會，「我不會今年沒有贏到這個烏龜，這一生運氣就很衰，永遠都會有機會，只要不放棄的話。」不論獲獎與否，盧廣仲都真摯感謝評審的肯定與團隊的努力，同時也感謝著自己，一路以來堅持這麼多年，他還是那個很熱愛唱歌、很享受寫歌的盧廣仲，「主要是聽眾也喜歡這個歌，這些歌可以陪伴大家的生活，我覺得那就已經足夠了。」

Theory of Powerful Accessory

Therefore, he started trying styles like business casual or even in more bizarre appearance, even wore womenswear on stage. ”There would be some chemistry if you perform the same song with different appearances.” These years, he has this preference for oversized pieces. When it comes to color, Crowd revealed that he does not like red, ”When I was a child and lived in rural area, I used to go to some empty space to light the fire. I like seeing a fire being created by me, it brings me joy.” With the fond of fire but not red, we can tell that the creativity in him from his childhood memory. “I’m a pretty much a sentimental person.” He said.

Off The Comfort Zone

Crowd Lu came back with his 6th album “healism” after 5 years at the end of 2021. In 37-minute soundtracks, many of Crowd’s “first time” were being recorded in it, to name but a few, the first time as a producer, the first time to star as a gangster, the first time to develop a phrase into a song, the first time to try genres like rock, bossa nova, even Disco and R&B, so many experiences for the first time, also was nominated for four awards in the GMA this year.

Stepping out of comfort zone seems to be a huge challenge for everyone, it’s the same for Crowd Lu who has his sun in Cancer that likes to hide himself under the shell. “I think I was always like this before I went to military, making up my mind whether to take this job or not. Also was the one year in military that I had spare time to think a lot that life is very long while it is also very short. You should not limit yourself.” After being discharged, he took the heavy responsibility of starring in the TV series “A Boy Named Flora A” as Cheng Hua-chia, a character in his true colors, he said it came from the change of mindset. And the most visible transformation is his signature glasses, “Actually, I did not dare to take off my glasses before, sooner or later, I realized that security is not given by the outside, it can be on your own too.” Perhaps it was something that could not be achieved when he was a child. Today’s Crowd Lu, even without glasses, can be as bold as Dongpo Su and his poem “Listen not to the rain beating against the trees. Why don’t you slowly walk and chant at ease?”

If you can turn jewelry into a song, Crowd Lu thought it through and said “There is a song of Elvis Presley called ‘Blue Suede Shoes’, this song is very dynamic, he could dance at any time whenever he put that pair of shoes on. I believe that pair of blue suede shoes can bring some kind of kinetic energy.” As a result, the accessories worn on him not only function differently, but also gain some kind of extra energy in daily life, “The energy of a watch is punctuality, whether it’s a date or work, there is this power to remind yourself.

The word “Galańday” stands for a beautiful day. It’s in his self-composed lyrics in the new song “MySoulMemory”, reminiscing about a person’s soul of affection, using muscle memory as a metaphor which is ingenious. Speaking of this idea, ​​​​creating his own words, Crowd said that he invented the word right when he sang the demo. After listening to the demo for numerous times, he intuitively thought that Galańday is a very good day and imagined that it might come from Latin, “This is also the fun part of composing, because you barely have the chance to give meaning to a thing, but it happens all the time when you compose, and you feel like a very creative person in the process since you give meaning to the notes and lyrics, that’s why I persisted in composing for so long.”

Lu The Philosopher

“Better than saddled horse, I like bamboo cane and straw sandals. Who’s afraid? With straw-cloaked in mist and rain, I’ll walk life’s journeys again and again.” These short sentences are enough to describe Dongpo Su’s self-cultivating state of being free from misfortune and good fortune, as well as his open-mindedness of being detached and transcendental. To have such a broad-minded mindset, you have to go through several ups and downs. Therefore, in this album “healism”, Crowd Lu constructed an unfinished story, so that the listener can project and understand the theory he tried to tell, “I’m always fond of Dongpo Su very much, his spirit always appears in my lyrics. Every time when I come across low period and self-doubt, I read the story of Dongpo Su’s life experiences to heal myself.” Face the ups and downs physically and mentally healthy, he believes that this is one of the major virtues of Taoism which is worth learning. He said the advantage of being a musician is to share what he has learned or successfully challenged, even the failure through his albums. ”You can share your life experience with the audience through music, in this case you grow together. I like this process. Every time I finish writing a long paragraph, my fans will also send back the long feedback to me, I think this is mutually teaching. Every audience can become your teacher.” Crowd replied with a smile.

Crowd Lu, who is very into philosophies, was asked about the core values ​​that surprised him recently, instantly he turned into a storyteller, telling us what he felt, “Recently, I found something cool. It is the Buddhist saying, “As long as you have a big wish, you can become a Buddha.” Amitābha was originally Amita, and he made forty-eight great wishes, such as letting all beings enter heaven, everyone to look amiable, and everyone can be thrown away emotions, everyone is happy every day, every bird is flying not for survival but because it hears a happy song, etc., you will feel really cool after reading it.” After reading it repeatedly, he has new definition, ”You can always be yourself. But before that, you need to be conscious and know who is the person you want to become. If you list the conditions down, you will be more secure.” The inner thought of him at this stage is more of Taoism. As Zhuangzi said, “apply your heart as a mirror” to observe the things you receive and lose and strike a balance physically and mentally. This also reflects to younger Crowd Lu who always said “Eating breakfast every day is rock!” Until today, this youthful and energetic phrase symbolizes healthy body. “If life is a movie, you can be an audience who’s chilling, sitting in the movie, whether it is your own one or watching other people’s, you can always remain a state of mind that is content.”

Essence of Soy Milk

He once described his life stages as different forms of “soy milk” from iced, salty soy to warm and clear, seems to imply Crowd Lu’s various understandings of life. “At that time, the metaphor was because the pursuit of each stage is different, and your self-pursuit is different from the appearance you want to show to the world, so you can put it that way. Perhaps our essence is all soy milk, but soy milk has different forms, so it’s more important that you know what your essence is.” For instance, if you find out that you are soy milk, but you are doing what milk tea does, it will not be matching. He also used baseball pitcher as a metaphor, before throwing different state of ball, one of the major prerequisites is to thoroughly understand the ball, in order to make different adjustments. He further shared that he was once asked by fans on the North America tour about the definition and difference between “loneliness” and “solitude”.
