AJ Grill is located in a small lane next to a park, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Behind the red brick walls, meticulously cared for potted plants welcome guests along the stairs. Upon opening the dark blue door, the savory aroma of steak, and overall woody ambiance, embraces the guests, creating a welcoming and light atmosphere as if greeted by an old friend.

T+T的姊妹店AJ Grill由曾在台灣多間知名牛排餐廳累積工作經驗的主廚Adam擔任Chef Owner。Adam在加州研習期間常與朋友輪流舉辦house party,進而喜歡上朋友們一起下廚聊天,團聚在一起的輕鬆氛圍,跟隨他的腳步走進AJ Grill牛排館,映入眼簾的便是大片深藍色牆面,靜謐而不失沉穩,金屬設計的點綴更讓整體氛圍增添了幾分精緻,進門後深木色的百葉窗透出的自然光,與室內微黃的柔和燈光相互輝映,保持舒適和溫馨的氛圍,一切都像進到朋友家一樣,輕鬆寫意。「我們的目標就是讓這裡變成大家都可以輕鬆過來吃飯的地方,不要被拘束!」AJ Grill牛排館歡迎孩童及寵物光臨用餐,享受美食的同時也有最親密的家人相伴左右。
Relaxed & Comfortable, Guests=Friends
AJ Grill, T+T’s sister restaurant, is led by Chef Owner Adam, who has worked in several well-known steakhouse’s in Taiwan. During his time in California, Adam often hosted house parties with friends, leading him to discover his love for cooking and gathering, which is all reflected onto AJ Grill. As guests step into the steakhouse, they are greeted by tall, deep blue walls, emitting a serene yet sturdy ambiance with a touch of sophistication added through metal designs. The soft indoor lighting, along with the natural light seeping through dark brown blinds, creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. AJ Grill’s goal is to create a friendly environment that welcomes anyone to come and enjoy a meal without feeling constrained. The steakhouse is children and pet-friendly making it the perfect environment to accompany and enjoy delicious food with loved ones.

店內半開放式廚房,讓客人可以近距離觀察廚師們烹飪的過程,美好的料理香氣在餐廳裡蔓延開來,讓人沉醉其中,期待佳餚的到來。從前菜開始便能窺見餐廳的用心,從吃的到整塊蟹肉的蟹餅、多汁的爐烤節瓜到人氣超高的羊肉漢堡,無一不讓人再三回味。談到店內招牌的牛排料理,為保持濕式熟成的嫩度以及乾式熟成的風味,主廚特別縮短乾式熟成時間以台灣人鍾愛的肋眼牛排為載體,一道屬於AJ Grill的「美國乾式18天熟成帶骨肋眼牛排」便應運而生;老饕們若想感受道地的美式風味也可以嘗試「美國乾式28天熟成紐約牛排」;在AJ Grill自建的乾式熟成室,也嘗試將乾式熟成的技法施展於其他肉類,相信在之後的新菜單上會出現讓食客們眼前為之一亮的多元肉類料理。為了讓客人們感受到用餐的樂趣,從菜單規劃開始便交由客人依照食量與飲食傾向自由選擇,主廚也特別將牛排切塊的樂趣交由客人們自主發揮,最大程度的參與整個用餐體驗。
AJ Style, Aged Beef Steak
AJ Grill features a half-open kitchen, allowing guests to observe the chef’s cooking process up close. The steakhouse is praised for their meticulous approach beginning with appetizers such as Crab Cart with whole crab meat, juicy Oven-roasted Zucchini, and the highly popular Lamb Slider . When it comes to the restaurant’s signature steak dishes, the “USDA Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye Steak,” aged for 18 days, and the “USDA Dry-Aged 28-Day New York Strip Steak”, the chef makes sure to balance the tenderness of wet aging, with the rich flavors of dry aging. The in-house dry aging room at AJ Grill is not limited to steaks; the chef explores techniques for various meats, promising a diverse selection on future menus. In order to enhance the dining experience, the restaurant offers a personalized, menu planning experience. Customers are encouraged to choose based on their appetite and dietary preferences, and are even allowed to customize the cutting of the steak, ensuring maximum participation throughout the meal.

層次堆疊 驚艷味蕾
來到AJ Grill當然不能錯過甜點師Joy的作品,店內經常性供應的甜點菜單沒有美式餐廳的大份量,口味上增加酸調食材、混和不同口感,更符合台灣人的甜點胃!新鮮現爆的爆米花粒綴於千層蛋糕上,焦糖脆片在柔軟的鮮奶油中增添口感上的驚喜感;起司蛋糕身為每間美式餐廳的常銷款,到了Joy的巧手下搖身一變成為起司風味滿滿的乳酪布丁;最多客人點單的巧克力聖代早已成為餐廳的代表作品之一,巧克力口味的慕斯及蛋糕為基底加上自製的櫻桃巴薩米克醋雪酪、醃漬櫻桃,酸甜層次不斷,巧思滿滿卻不會讓人覺得浮誇,食客們可以在聖代杯中享受每種元素的組合,就像AJ Grill一貫想帶給顧客的輕鬆氛圍一樣,自由享受、隨興不拘。
Layers of Delight
At AJ Grill, you can’t miss out on the creations of pastry chef, Joy. The dessert menu offers smaller portions compared to typical American restaurants, and incorporates sour ingredients and various textures, catering to the Taiwanese palate. For example, with fresh popcorn kernels sprinkled on a layered cake, and caramel crisps added to soft whipped cream, the classic cheesecake transforms into a rich, cheesy, custard pudding under Joy’s skillful hands. One of the most popular picks is the Chocolate Sundae , featuring a base of chocolate mousse and cake, topped with home-made cherry balsamic vinegar sorbet and pickled cherries. This combination of sweet and tangy flavors creates a harmonious dessert experience, just like AJ Grill’s goal to provide a casual, relaxed environment for the guests.

Tailored Service, Home-like Experience
After careful observation, Adam and Joy noticed that several guests come to the steakhouse for the purpose of celebration, and “cake” plays an indispensable role. Therefore, AJ Grill introduced a customized cake service, allowing one beautiful celebration after another to take place in various corners of the restaurant. Customized cakes not only captures exclusive memories shared with family and friends, but also eliminates the need to transport the cake, preventing the risk of damage, and ensuring that the gathering remains and finishes flawlessly.
