在陽明山綿延起伏的山巒與雲霧之中，YMS by onefifteen 緩緩展開美好生活的輪廓。這裡曾是 1950 年代美軍宿舍群，如今在初衣食午的重新詮釋後，蛻變為融合自然、設計、文化與情感的當代生活聚落，是對理想生活的探索，更是一次跨越時代的美學回應。

YMS by onefifteen 以美國中世紀現代主義（Mid-Century Modern）建築語彙為靈魂，將五座空間分別對應味覺、實驗、療癒、藝術與棲居的五感經驗，走進 YMS by onefifteen 宛如開啟一場沉浸式身心靈對話。在鬧市與山林之間，YMS by onefifteen 為生活提供了一種新的可能性——回歸自然，而不失精緻；擁抱當代，而深植土地。

YMS by onefifteen Draws a Blueprint of Five-Sense Aesthetics

Amid the rolling mist and undulating peaks of Yangmingshan, YMS by onefifteen unfurls as a gentle manifestation of refined living. Once home to a 1950s U.S. military housing complex, the site has been reimagined by the lifestyle curators of 初衣食午 (onefifteen) into a contemporary sanctuary where nature, design, culture, and emotion harmonize. It is not merely an exploration of the ideal lifestyle—but a poetic, era-bridging response to the timeless pursuit of beauty.

Rooted in the architectural language of Mid-Century Modernism, YMS by onefifteen is thoughtfully composed of five distinct spaces—each corresponding to a sensorial realm: taste, experimentation, healing, art, and dwelling. Entering the grounds is akin to beginning a dialogue between body and spirit, a journey where urban tempo fades into nature’s embrace. Here, sophistication coexists with simplicity, and modernity takes root in the land itself.

作為生活美學的起點之一，Lab 10 是一座揉合創意、茶藝與社交語境的多功能茶食空間。不同於傳統的中式茶席，Lab 10 以現代茶吧為載體，結合咖啡、西式輕食與當代藝術，打破文化框架，創造一場跨感官的品味實驗。

空間中金工藝術家蘇健霖的器物、陶藝家蔡宜芳的盤皿，以及星級侍茶師張舒涵策劃的茶單，皆為這座茶空間注入細膩的精神維度。陽光透過落地窗灑落，茶香與藝術氣息縈繞，來此飲茶，亦是參與一場由五感開啟、由內而外的沉靜儀式。Lab 10，每一杯茶都是一段風土的敘事，每一件器物都是一則生活的註解。

Lab 10 sets the tone for this aesthetic journey. It is a multifaceted space where tea, creativity, and conversation intersect—far from the conventions of traditional tea ceremonies. Positioned as a modern tea bar, Lab 10 blurs cultural boundaries by fusing specialty coffee, artisanal light bites, and contemporary art, crafting a multisensory tasting experiment.

Within the space, delicate metalwork by artist Su Chien-Lin, ceramic pieces by Tsai Yi-Fang, and a tea menu curated by award-winning tea sommelier Chang Shu-Han infuse the environment with quiet elegance and depth. As sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, the aroma of tea dances with the air of artistry. Every sip becomes a meditative ritual, every vessel a lived philosophy. At Lab 10, each brew tells a story of terroir, and every object offers a poetic footnote to daily life.

若 Lab 10 是生活的靜謐前奏，Restaurant 12 則是一場熱烈展演。由西班牙主廚 Jonatan Motos Ferrán 掌舵，結合法式料理的優雅骨幹與西班牙料理的奔放靈魂，Restaurant 12 呈現出一種文化與土地融合的味覺語言。

以「山海養珍，島嶼之味」為料理哲學，主廚走訪台灣各地，從屏東乳鴿、澎湖龍蝦到南投香草與花蓮馬告，點點滴滴構築出一張充滿風土意識的料理地圖。

Restaurant 12 空間設計延續中世紀現代風格，由 SURV 設府建築事務所創辦人莫仁傑（Alexander Moh）操刀，透過光線、材質與家具鋪陳出雅致氛圍，來到 Restaurant 12 享用美饌，是一場味蕾微旅行。

Restaurant 12 | A Flavor Journey Through the Island’s Bounty

If Lab 10 is a prelude of serene introspection, then Restaurant 12 is a spirited performance of culinary expression. Helmed by Spanish chef Jonatan Motos Ferrán, the restaurant brings together the precision of French technique and the soulfulness of Spanish cuisine to articulate a unique gastronomic dialect shaped by culture and land.

Guided by the philosophy of “Island Essence, Mountain-Sea Nourishment,” the chef traverses Taiwan—from the delicate squab of Pingtung and lobster from Penghu to Nantou herbs and the indigenous pepper of Hualien—to compose a flavor map rooted deeply in local terroir.

The dining space, designed in the spirit of Mid-Century Modernism by Alexander Moh, founder of SURV Studio, is elegantly layered with curated light, textures, and bespoke furniture. A meal at Restaurant 12 is a micro-journey for the palate—intimate, expressive, and deeply reflective of the island’s narrative.

With the opening of Gallery 4, Spa 6, and Dwell 8, this sensorial ecosystem continues to expand—shaping a living, breathing terrain where the soul finds rest, and the senses awaken. In the northern folds of the city, a contemporary utopia quietly takes form.
